How to use:
1. Please charge before use. When charging, the green light flashes. When charging is over, the green light will stay
2. Place the fruits and vegetables to be cleaned in the sink, and add clean water whose temperature does not exceed 40°. It is recommended that the word not exceed 3L of water.
3. Please put the fruit and vegetable washing machine at the bottom of the sink and keep it lying down.

6. After the fruit and vegetable machine is finished working, there will be 3 beeps and all the indicator lights will go out. At this time, let the fruits and vegetables in the vegetable washing basin stand for 5-10 minutes to fully effect the electrolysis, and finally take the fruits and vegetables out with clean water.

Cleaning and maintenance:
1. Please keep no foreign matter in the electrolytic chip, otherwise it will cause the product to fail to work.
2. When foreign matter falls into the cleaning machine, please turn the top cover counterclockwise to open it for cleaning.
3. Clean with a suitable brush to keep no foreign matter blocking between the electrolytic plates.
4. Don't try to open the screw cap to avoid malfunction due to incorrect resetting of the product.
5. After taking out the cleaning machine from the water in the container, you can unscrew the cover to quickly drain the water.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We will only accept refund requests if the item sold is defective or does not match the product description at all and is unusable.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will confirm the product problem you said, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
