How long does it take to get my order?

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

For example, if you order a mini washing machine, it will need 3 business days of processing time and then 7-18 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 10-25 business days.

PLEASE NOTE, due to COVID-19 your order may be delayed. Our small team is taking extra steps to ensure safety during these times and fulfillment lead times may take up to 7 business days at this time. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside. Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website.
